Personal data we process
Design Innovation Group processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide these data to us yourself.
Below is an overview of the personal data we process:

- Telephone number
- E-mail address

- Bank account number
Special and/or sensitive personal data that we process
Our website and/or service does not intend to collect personal data and certainly not about website visitors under 16 years of age. Unless they have permission from parents or guardians. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is older than 16. We therefore advise parents to be involved in their children’s online activities to avoid collecting data on children without parental consent. If you are convinced that we have collected personal data about a minor without such consent, please contact us at hello@desiginnovationgroup.nl, and we will delete this information.
For what purpose and on what basis we process personal data
Design Innovation Group processes your personal data for the following purposes:
- To send the newsletters and mailings for which you have subscribed
- To deliver goods and services to you
- To contact you if necessary to provide our services
- To process payments
Automated decision-making
Design Innovation Group does not make any decisions based on automated processing about matters that could (significantly) affect individuals. These are decisions made by computer programmes or systems without the presence of a human being (e.g. an employee of Design Innovation Group B.V.). How long we keep personal data
Design Innovation Group will not keep your personal data longer than strictly necessary to fulfil the purposes for which your data is collected.
Sharing personal data with third parties
If Design Innovation Group is going to share your personal data with third parties – which is done solely for the execution of an agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation – we will only do so if you have given your prior consent (when collecting the information).
With companies that process your data on our behalf, we conclude a processor agreement to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. Design Innovation Group remains responsible for this processing.
Cookies, or similar techniques, that we use
Design Innovation Group does not use cookies or similar techniques.
Data inspection, correction or removal
You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. In addition, you have the right to withdraw your possible consent for data processing or object to the processing of your personal data by Design Innovation Group, and you have the right to data portability.
This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data we hold on you in a computer file to you or another organisation named by you.
You can send a request to inspect, correct, delete, transfer your personal data or request the revocation of your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data to hello@desiginnovationgroup.nl.
To make sure that the request for inspection is made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your proof of identity with the request. In this copy, black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip of numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but in any case, within four weeks.

How we secure personal data
Design Innovation Group takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorised modification.
